Want to make sure that my account isnt permanently banned

Hi there!

As I showed full and real proof that I, Hulk1x1, have nothing to do with my brother, only75def, I was told I would have to wait a month to try and contact the victim he scammed.
As I went to a post I posted about a week ago, Shin said "user hulk1x1 has been permanently banned"... But I was told I was to try and contact the victim for a month to follow the template and it might get unbanned.
I just wanna make sure, I'm not permanently banned am I? I showed legit proof that I have no paypal account linked to my brother's or anything like that. I really want to come back to Sythe as I have so many friends who question me all the time "Why are you banned?". I've tried contacting him so fa, and he has not responded at all.
Please tell me my account isn't perm banned.

I really just wanna make sure I'm able to get my account back from being banned after trying to contact the victim for one month.
