Account recovery/unban 2: lets try this again

My account was hacked 2 weeks ago, and the Emails and signatures were changed. My first msn/email ever associated with William452 was [email protected]. You can check posts from months ago and see that I was using that MSN. I also signed up with that email, but the hacker has changed it. I would like to request an IP check to verify identity, the account restored and unbanned to me, and you may feel free to contact my email for verification.

This is untrue, as I made a recovery appeal here on the day I was hacked. That appeal is here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1027992
The appeal was never answered. After requesting a temp ban, and that expiring, I went to Giddy and requested a perm ban until every was sorted out. I'd REALLY like an admin to do a IP check, and restore the account to the rightful owner.
