Dispute over a ban.

(I know I have already posted this, but i was told by hahanerd to create another dispute so i find that because of that im allowed. I would also like to request that Tyro not make the final decision since he created the original ban, as im looking for another's perspective on the situation. Thank you.)

I am being forced to use my friends account because I was banned and have no access to the dispute forum on my account.
My account "Trinity19" was banned because, ahem apparently I'm a "sociopath" because of a statement I made in a thread that was asking us our idea's.

I wont go into detail but pretty much I don't see why I was banned, maybe if it was irrelevant to the thread but it wasn't, the original poster was asking us our idea's and I gave mine. I believe i was banned because "someone" simply didn't like it but I don't see how this is grounds for a ban.

Please tell me how this is just? Why would there be a forum section for us to voice our ideals if we can be banned because someone doesn't like them? In my eyes and im sure as others will see, this is not a reprehensible action and most definitely not something worthy of a ban. MAYBE an infraction to tell me to back off abit, that i would understand.

All I'm saying is that there was no form of warning or anything to make me think i was doing anything wrong.
