    Explanation of the trade:OSRS account for Paypal
    How they scammed: After registering the account to his email he did not send the funds,but had the time to change the password (without knowing the login email(He checked the login names registered to his email which is sent automaticly by Jagex)) Then he pretends to not know what he did. He successfully scammed around 500k 07 which I happily lose to see another scammer banned.
