Account recovered AND back on sale same day! WOW

WTS main 2200+, 220qp+ CHEAP

The link above shows the account i had bought exactly 30 days ago. The guy recovered the account yesterday and put it back on sale today. I still had a few hours left to dispute the paypal payment, because a full 30 days didnt pass yet. The link below is the posting where i had bought the account from him.

WTS: 134cmb 2169total lvls, 12+ years old vet.

That is definitely the same account he tried to re-sell here. That PP email lines up his Sythe account as well. I'm just going to ban him as his intentions are obvious here. He can explain himself in a dispute if he ever wishes to.
