newport100s is a scammer

Newport100s is a scammer i bought an account from him on friday the start of double xp weekend. Now it is monday and he took the account back. Not only that i bought 11m gp from him on sunday which i lost as well. the pictures are below.

I have his ip address and my brother is a police officer of new york. I will talk to my brother to get him charged for cyber crime. If there is anything else i can do please let me know. I will contact paypal and get my money back which was sent bt gift.

what does that mean there is no eamil? i did set an eamil to the account but with many fail attempts i coulnt recieve the account back. what am i supposed to do i just wasted like 50$ on the account and gp amd give it away. atleast he can be banned i said so no one else can get scammed from him but no sythe did not take any action aganist him wtf is this we need better staff. i posted prrof as i bought the account its been 8 days now since i got hacked and i see my account online!!!! IN THE lobby. what am i supposed to do how will i get my account back? please help. when i do revover password its always denied and asks for more prvious passwords. I dont have any more previus passwords. I cant get the account back with email so wht do i do???
