Trying to crack an ikov security code, seems he's (more than likely) hacked an account and he's trying to get in the bank. Otherwise I doubt he'd be so desperate. If the account was his nobody else would have access and hence there would be no hurry because the account would be going nowhere. If he's desperate enough to be paying "a lot", then i'm guessing it's a hacked account at risk of being recovered by the real owner.
