Account lending stipulation

If you did not know already, this account was not created by me, however I feel it does belong to me. I've been pardoned for not creating this account originally in late 2013. The person who gave me this account was my friend, Brandon Glave. He introduced me to Sythe and showed me some of the ropes. Unfortunately for me I was unaware of being able to create a username through the staff here because I was unable to do so (Glitch in the system?)

My question here is, would he be able to reclaim this account even though all the posts, my donations and the little reputation I have belongs to me?

We talked a while ago, about 2 weeks ago on Runescape after logging in for a year or so and he asked to take back the account. I told him it wouldn't be possible to do that and he told me he was going to try. He has yet to try, seeing as I don't see any thread regarding me.

If he honestly wants what he made so bad, considering the account name is his initials, I'd give it to him. Just want the donation amount removed. I am not sure what he is planning to do, never knew the guy as a scammer, but people change with the right incentive.

I'd create another account, being as it would be best for me to do so and basically start over... This is just an option.

I would pm a staff member about this, but my situation was pretty much known so yeah. Looking for opinions about it.

 

That's something only the staff would be able to answer on. You're not the original creator of your Sythe account but at the same time the staff have already pardoned you for it.

I don't personally think the staff would allow you to give it back to him. If you did then it would most likely be banned + donation status stripped.

 

If it'll end up you giving him Sythe account back, you should report it to Staff members to ban it. Alternatively ask Richard to reset the whole donation status + postcount. However if that will not be possible, just don't give account and ask original Brandon Glave to create his own account. If he can't tell him to post in dispute forum and Staff will create account for him, and yeh, if he creates new account he wont be able to use Bglave as name as name changes are available only for staff members

 

He should create a new account, it's not important if the name cant be exactly BGlave?

 

Thanks for the input guys. Sorry for the late reply, been stressed out to the max lately and trying different things to ease it. Shouldn't have made this thread, but it's all good. I'll just stick it out with this account. You may close this now.
