Account keeps being recovered.

If it has any "special" stats, then get that up. Like if it's a skiller, get it to level 6 combat, if it's a low defense account, get it to 51 defense.. etc.

Just mess it up, then give up. You won't get it back. That, or get it banned, suicide it.

Nothing will stop him. I'd just keep going until he gives up.
