Dispute for Mr. Fairclough

I'd like to put in a dispute on behalf of Mr Fairclough as I know he is not a scammer, Infact I am acturly doing a transaction with him, and he can confirm that. The pictures which were used against him were (if you look closely) forged. Look at the edges or the box that says he was offline. He was infact talking about clan wars (read the text, seems kinda random no?).
I very doubt he'd scam a pin when we had the chance to scam an account to many people worth ALOT more. I am doing this transaction and he is very honest, nice, and helpful. FadeAway will be acting as an MM so that is proof that can gaurentee there will be no scamming. I'd like to ask (on behalf of Mr. Fairclough) to be unbanned.
