Logged on to a different location

I don't know what to make of this, I logged last night on my pure at rock crabs and today i log on im at the gate outside of taverly. I don't know if someone got on my account, my bank is still the same (i have pin), my stats same, inv same, i forgot to check ip when i logged on so idk about that, i havent downloaded or did anything out of the norm. Everything on the account is the same except logged on to different location. So can anyone offer me a explanation of what could of possibly happened?

 

Were you using a bot? It could have failed a random and got teleported somewhere else.

 

Change your pass on another computer and Scan your computer I wish you luck.

 

if it's a bot it might as well failed the random test and be teled to another place.

 

Yeah you most likely failed a random, unless when you logged in there was a different ip address.

 

You weren't hacked. Both of my characters were moved aswell. Both were near black knights fortress when it happened.

Must have been some hidden update and we were somewhere when something changed thus we were moved.


I also posted a thread in the forums, no one has any answers there for me yet as to why this happened either.

 

Yeah has happened to me before. quite surprised really. Also a time, my saradomin pl8 was gone.. No sht.

 

Change your password after running some virus scans, just in case.

 

he wasn't hacked, it happened to me too. I thought I was hacked at first (didn't make since cause I had like 60k alchs in my inventory and they weren't touched) so I logged onto my other account and it had my IP as last login, and it too happened to that character.

It's got to do with something else.

Where did you log out? I was near black knights fortress on both characters when it happened.

 

I ran virus scan(nothing came up) and changed my password just incase. I logged at waterbirth island.
