    Account is hijacked
    someone has hijacked my account how do I get them off it... I have since changed my password twice and enabled 2 step verification and they are still on my account messaging people and posting stuff.

    I would personally request a ban on your account until you can sort the issue, I am positive the higher-ups will be able to force all users off of your account and you'll be able to start fresh.
