Account hacked!!! How to get money back

I paid someone $100 to quest for me in which they took the money and blocked me on msn so i filed a dispute to get my money back from paypal.

It has been a week now so I'm escalating my paypal dispute to a claim bit its asking me why I'm escalating it to a claim there is 4 choices.

I'm guessing i should pick "I have evidence that the seller may be fraudulent".

And underneath its asking me for additional information. What should i type in this box?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

If you payed via gift you may have an issue but you would have to cancel via your credit card. I you payed via gift and your PP is bank funded you're kinda fucked. Otherwise just file the report and hope for the best.

 

I didnt file under gift. So what should i put in the box saying

Please provide any additional information about this transaction.

 

I'd say that you bought an RS account that you did not receive, besides that I don't know what else to tell you never really had to cancel a transaction.

 

Okay well i typed in the box "The seller has ignored all attempts by me to get in contact with him" i hope this works.
