How to appeal a non appealable ban?

I purchased a training service from a provider here on Sythe who got the account banned for botting, which I did not want or expected. I don't want this on the account's record, is there a way me to appeal this and if so what arguement would Jagex accept to remove this from my record?

 

Just tell Jagex that someone else was using your account. They can tell from the IP address. I’m sure there will be good responses on this thread so just hold out for a response. I have a friend who had a similar issue and he got his account back.

 

Even though account sharing is against the rules they'd potentially quash it?

 

you can appeal those on the website, however dont expect a response to it

 

Try to word it like the account was hacked. Since the botting wasn’t done on your IP you should be good. Has your IP address been flagged for botting before?

I'm pretty sure you'll get it back mate. I'll see if my friend is logged in and will ask him what is said in his appeal.

 

Where can you type words to jagex I wanna appel a few bans

 

Log in to your account and in the account settings area (on the website) there should be a place to appeal a ban.

 

I can't see anywhere saying account setting there's one that says account history an dit says "
Permanently Banned

Due to the nature of the offence(s) you have committed, your account has been permanently banned."

 

I would make a post on the OSRS forums to get some help.

 

I feel like you just need to read your title and just sit and think what you said...

 

Virtually impossible these days, there is a link to appeal wrongful bans on the twitter and you get an email response pretty quick, I had a few accounts hacked/botted etc different IP's, and never got them back, and they do not respond after the first time either!

 

One of mine skiller accs got banned for botting from a service earlier and I just simply appealed with a dispute against their ban and they unbanned it and cleared blackmarks as it "seemd like it got hacked". They did not reroll any of the actions that the service providor did. therefore, I got free service as acc got banned, and got it unbanned with its progress done by his bot.
This is like 4 months ago.

 

Ive had luck going through their support emails years ago, but I dont think those are even active at the moment. However I had a perm manual bam, quashed after being banned for 2 years with no idea why that happened.

 

Its finding a needle in a haystack but say it was hacked/stolen then botted on.

 

There's a specific link that gives you the option to have them look into your account again, I don't want to look for it because I dont need it but there is one that you can appeal a mute/ban/lock just by your email address im sure
