Explanation of the trade:
Paid 18m gp for 1500 Wines of Zammy, I paid, and a worker was assigned.
I sent the worker my info as instruted by Emosh.





How they scammed:

Spartacus AIO service allowed someone that Shouldnt of been able to accept my order to proceed with said order and instructing me to send him my info.

I was Told that the worker should not of even been able to take the Job, yet they still allowed him to login.

1) Thier TOS is incoherent Or wrong im not even sure which in regards to Repaying ironmen Rule 10 ::

What does fallout of Spartacus AIO mean????
Nowhere in that TOS does it mention how an ironman will be paid back if Scammed/Hacked By Spartacus.






2) They have changed how they are going to pay me back Multiple times ::






- Me Bartering to what i felt the loss of time i would be losing on my account, Progress etc was worth.




- Them not even giving a reply to my offer just basically a fuck you.




CLEARLY STATING THEY WOULD GET EVERY ITEM BACK OR BUILD ME AN ACCOUNT FROM SCRATCH ::




3) My account was added to a jagex account Thus i am now also stuck in a situation where i have to use a jagex account which im not happy about either.

not sure why I am getting involved in this when I left the whole scene a month ago ish, I havent been in the server nor anything else.

 

You told me if i dont remove your name you wont help and talk to the admins of SpartacusAIO Service discord, Your name was added, and reasons are below.

1) I found this discord through your profile
2) There was/has been 0 Announcements on the discord stating youre no longer involved or that its under new management.
3) The name of the server is SpartacusAIO
4) Bots in the server also share this name

You refuse to help me, yet when i was hacked and cleaned by the worker you were pming me and knew information about the matter already.

They are tarnishing your name not me.

Report will be closed if i get the 1.2b Like originally offered In their offer. As apparently im not allowed to barter back.


I dont want The ores,herbs,seeds, graceful, Color kit, extra marks, or the discont from them, i dont want them anywhere near my account after this.

The account was added to a Jagex account, and after contacting support i managed to get it back, unfortunatly having to have it merged with a new jagex account,

I do not have full images of my bank, Unfortunately i do not take full images of my bank, mainly because i didnt feel i had any reason too, I had used the services before thus i had felt fairly safe, However they accepted the 400m valuation, Hence them offering 3x the bank value = to 1.2b as seen in images of the bank you can see corrupted bow, blade, armour that alone is nearly 300m if im not mistaken as is.

However i feel... as i should, a measely 400m repayment for what i have lost + trouble i have gone through not remotely fair at all.

The fact of the matter is, they offered me 1.2b, and a bunch of other things, I counter offered with 1.5b and the other things.

I had already expressed to them how i would not of been happy if my account would of been added to a jagex account.

So they proceeded to say only 400m refund.

The only pic i had was the 412m.



Have added a deleted Post under this for some more proof on bank value.

 

1.6b will do nicely, Basically the same as what i had asked for originally. Have opened a ticket wiht them and will contact back here with a reply.

@Shaati is "Waiting for peoples money" to pay me. No eta from them and again little communication. Will update when they can be bothered to reply.

 

Very sus going on, they have now all changed roles.
@Shaati now apparently no longer an admin. Clearly all trying to avoid repayment.
