2FA not working, I need it disabled. NOT BANNED Please move

None of my auth codes have been working for my account that's 2FA enabled, cannot even create a new account because of IP? the profile is sevz. Same email since creation, no idea as to why it's now not working properly. Can I have access to my old account, or at least an email response?

 

First off, if you saved it, enter your long 2FA backup code that you were prompted to keep when setting up 2FA where you would normally enter your short codes.

When requesting a 2FA removal, please note the administrative team needs proof of two or more of the following things:

• Post from a home IP
• Recovery phone number*
• Current registered email address
• Skype/Discord used in the past or present**
• If you have donated directly through PayPal;
  • Transaction date and amount
  • PayPal email

NOTES:
*Registering 2FA to your account does not automatically add your number as a recovery phone number, you would have needed to add this manually in your Account Settings.

**Third party account access (such as email and Skype/Discord) are not substantial verification methods - the whole point of registering 2FA to your account is to have EXTRA security past regular recovery methods.

Failure to provide aforementioned details when requesting 2FA removal may result in a delay.

If you cannot provide what is required, then you MUST prove without a reasonable doubt that you are the true owner of your account. If you are unable to do this, your 2FA will NOT be removed.

this is posted by my current home ip, I have also logged into here before under this ip with no issues.

I don't have the backup anymore, it was on my old phone, which is now long gone (screenshot, looked for it, can't find it, very sorry).

I did use skype a long time ago in the past, but I'm not sure if it was ever directly connected to sythe, but it would be the same email as above. I've never donated either, if there's any other way I can help, let me know and I'll make another post. If this wasn't enough, can I at least make a new account?

I think I had this issue because when I was getting my new phone, I disabled the 2fa and re-enabled it on the new phone, but I know I have logged in under it with the new phone.

ID: How can I safely submit an ID without it being public?

I'm not sure if the birthday on the account is fake, I made it about 10 years ago at this point and I was just a kid. Like I said, if it's this much of a hassle, can I just make a new account? It's not like I had anything important on it. It's still under the registered email since creation. I'm not evading any type of ban, nor was I ever banned or TWC under my account, I just want to be able to log into sythe again.
