Why should we unban you? I have realised my mistake the minute I received my restriction, and the only way to make up for my mistake, was to refund the victim. Times can get tough, and make rash decisions. Now that I am more mature and understand the potential of being a clean/safe trader, there is a much brighter attitude I have brought within. Nobody likes getting scammed, and I was rightly punished for it. Although due to the fact he was forgiving for my naiveness, I hope I deserve a second chance at Sythe.

So in the eight months, I have tried to contact the victim to make a refund to him. No answer, nothing. Though since the victim was not active all this while, he has returned to contact. We have met at a settlement/agreement point, where he has been compensated for his troubles.

The admin/moderators have handled my situation and case responsibly and kindly. We all should completely understand that when a member breaks the rule, he will and should receive consequences for his/her actions. It would be greatly appreciated if an admin/moderator would review my case, and try and show me a way forward in getting back to the exciting marketplace, sythe has built today.
