Trying to create account

Dear reader,

Some background information: I recently moved into this new neighbourhood in the Netherlands. I'm social and so I started to chat with neighbours and such immediately. One of my neighbours (whom, I suppose, this account is from, as it closely resembles his real-life name) was interested in RuneScape and LoL as well, and we quickly got on the topic of blackmarkets. He told me about Sythe (among others, not sure if I'm allowed to mention any) and so I wanted to check it out but now I can't create an account.

Is there any way to get this fixed or will I not be allowed onto the site whatsoever?
