Selling lvl 89 w/ 99 Mage - For Habbo Hc's/Thrones!

That's right! I've been working on this account for around 4 years now, off and on. I think I'm finally done with runescape, so I might as well get something out of quitting.

I'm selling a lvl 89 Combat RS account with 99 mage. That's right. 99 mage.

I will only sell it for US Habbo rares and Hc's. I have had one offer, but I'm looking for higher, so offer something and I'll think about it.
I honestly don't trust anyone here with my account, so I'd rather not use a middleman.

I'd like to do it .5, then the account, then .5--- Although that is really having me trusting you, so I trust that you will not scam me out of half of that.

The pictures are posted below, and I left around 23m + 2m of items on the account because risking at at BH isn't worth it to me.
Note: You will be offering for both the account and the 25ish Mill. It will not be separated.

Not sure.
I used Grab, and app for Mac OS X.
It's saved as a .tiff file.
