other acc (jjskater101) was linked with a hotmail e-mail and i forgot pass so i could never recover pass
i do not have any bans or appeals open or closed so to my understanding it is ok for me to make another account

if you look i also have another old acc (jjskater) that has no open or closed ban's or offences. my dumb ass did the same thing on that.
