Account blocked from payment methods [HELP!]

Hello, I was sold a account on here but it was blocked from some payment methods.. the seller didnt even tell me and now the MM is ignoring me.
Okay.. but how can i get membership now? for a account that is blocked from some payment methods including credit card.

Also the account got locked I have no idea why? then i sumbitted a locked account recovery thing using the info providded by the seller and Jagex replied with "the information you gave us was not detailed enough for us to confirm that you’re the owner of this account." Does that mean all the previous passwords ect is ok? What do they mean by that I completed every section of the recovery form.

Be good if someone can help im new to sythe and feel like i've been ripped off.

 

You could just buy a pin for membership. If your account got locked then it got locked you will have a very low chance of actually getting it unlocked. The reason is was locked it probably because it was being played on from a different ip.
