why am i perm ban!!!!

i recently got 2 reports that i scammed for 55m and a 20m.but when i saw the proof they provided it was just a picture of the gold before trade and a convo of me saying whats your paypal and how much do i send you.

where as what really happened is he didnt give me anything and he was arguing that i go first when hes not even trusted at all.then he askes me to log in and he started acting like he gave gold to me so i just went offline.

this is just plain stupid if its like this cant a new comer ban someone like a guru by taking a picture of gold before trade and saying "oh look heres to gold before trade and heres our convo ban him".....
