Explain the service: User service for 85-90 thieving, 36-72 mining and 79-84 fishing on a ironman. This morning i tried to check my account through hiscores, couldnt see my stats and decided to log into the account through the account settings from runescape page, saw that my account got permanent banned.

Amount scammed: debatable, service costs was 130,1m. Account worth was way higher than that.

He made a deposit of 100m, I currently am talking with him, if he will not be able to provide any valid proof of legitimate work, I will issue you 80% of what you spent on the services + worker's deposit of 100M as he broke the rules of the worker. On top of it, I suggest you to make an appeal and I'm sorry to hear that, that is not what I would want to hear from a customer. There are just some things that I can't take full control of...

 

Yes, our services are ONLY hand trained. If someone is not training by hand and they choose botting or doing any other unallowed stuff then they are breaking the rules. That's why I ask for a worker's deposit of AT LEAST 100M. I always try to ensure the maximum possible safety for the customer(for example: tell them to not have any valuables or check whether the worker is linking google accounts or not), however, some of the workers like gambling their deposits. This ban has nothing to do with me and I do my best to provide the cheapest and safest services around.

 

The account is worth way more than that, Cannot accept that offer. I put many hours into the account and paid previous services aswell. I'd like to get a full refund + the items and hours I lost.

 

As I see now, @Soshified did get a DNT on july 4th. Atleast u could informed me about that your worker had a DNT. If I knew this, I wouldnt accept it.

The worker who worked on your order is Soshified. There are many people who are looking for jobs and sometimes it is hard to predict their intentions.

He made a deposit before DNT, so I didn't know that he was DNT'ED myself. If I knew this, I wouldn't have let him to be in our team:

What if I dont get my account back? Do u guarantee that i'll receive my account?

 

I cannot guarantee, because this decision is made by Jagex. But if they will detect that someone botted from different IP, you will most likely end up getting your account back.

 

It's your job to know. You're running a business. You should be watching scammer/rules violation threads daily to ensure your clients are safe. It takes 15 seconds a day to quickly make sure none of your employees have been reported. The amount i've spend and lost for the account is between 400-500m. Now i'll have a permanent banned mark for ever.

 

I will repeat that again. There is a reason why I ask for a deposit... I keep on checking my workers from time to time, but this occurred very recently, I am not supposed to stalk their Sythe profiles every morning I wake up. All of my workers are INSURED. The permanent ban can still be appealed if you were not the one who botted on the account, your current situation is not the world end... I rather wait for Sythe mods instead of giving the same explanation over and over.

Even tho I mentioned that we are not responsible for any bans, I am still willing to issue him a refund of 80% + Full workers deposit of 100M, which is 74M more than what he paid for the services overall, this is just because the worker was not able to provide all the runelite screenshots as required. I will start gathering TOS confirmations via chat even tho it is very clear already. This Soshified guy had no DNT at all when he tried to apply for his worker position, but I will be more careful when it comes to electing my workers. I don't know what is considered a drastic value, because his account is not even 900 total with only a very few afk skills leveled up and nearly 1M of fishing XP was gained by Soshified
