Access to login email

[Mainland]

Does this or does this not assist whatsoever with an account recovery?

I strongly believe the Original Owner can recover an account regardless of above.

it certainly helps if you have access to the login email. However, it is not necessary to be successful.

It doesn't really matter in the long run.

Helps but Jagex recovery is fucked so doesn't really matter as OO can always recover.
