Not receiving password reset email

Hi,

Trying to recover an account I haven't logged in to for a few years (can't even remember the username) but I'm not receiving any emails despite waiting for days, it's a hotmail email if that makes any difference, checked junk/archive/deleted folders.

I can PM the email to someone if they're able to assist as not comfortable posting it in public.

Please give me a new and unused email for me to add onto the account. You may switch it back to the old email once you've regained access to it.
