    Upgrading help

Alright so my comp is pretty old now...and I need to do some upgrading
So at the moment I have:

    Intel Core 2 Duo @ 1.86
    160gb maxtor hdd
    450/550w PSU
    Nvidia 7600GT
    Crappy 17" crt...

My main concern is my monitor and graphics card/ cpu
I was checking out newegg and stumbled across this deal:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16814130359

So I thought if I got that graphics card, would I need to purchase a newer CPU to maximize performance?

How much RAM is in the computer and where are you trying to increase performance?

I wouldn't upgrade your monitor if you're new graphics card doesn't have a DVI connection on it.. CRT's are still good monitors. Other then that, I don't really see a reason why you should upgrade it, I mean.. it's not really THAT bad.
