    I have a dispute with an account seller that is currently under Middleman with Peanut services.

    So I contacted BonBonXO for his 2038 account. Long story short we agreed on $180 and have it middlemanned by Peanut services. Bonbonxo /.zeals. on discord agreed to provide the original email for the Jagex account, and we proceeded. However I found that he gave me a email account that he claimed was the original email to the account. I found out later through Jagex account export data that the email was not original. This is the export data for the Jagex account history:

    The email account he first provided me with is ze***[email protected] which he just created today which he claimed was the original email account in chat with the Middleman. I found out and notified peanut services's mm and zeals provided me with the original creation account of ze**[email protected]. However I saw in ze***[email protected] gmail inbox that he had recovered the gmail account MULTIPLE TIMES, and he can still recover zea***[email protected] anytime in the next 7 days since gmail will send recovery info should he request it to his old gmail recovery email. Also, the Jagex export log indicated that zea***[email protected] was changed as his account email 10 minutes after import to ze***[email protected] on 2023-05-15 where he had it registered for a year and a half. Is requesting a 7 day grace period for Peanut Services middleman to wait for the original gmail zea***[email protected] as well as the ze***[email protected] gmail account valid? I am asking since I did not know that Bonbonxo /.zeals. provided me with the incorrect original email and blatantly lied to my face at first and I am a little paranoid that the account will be recovered. I still want the account and want the deal to proceed, but I would like to have the email accounts for peace of mind. I had already paid Peanut services mm.

    I gave we1sdf2PB the original creation email of [email protected] - ownership has been fully transfered over to we1sdf2PB.

    Okami can verify that ownership of the account details has been passed over to we1sdsdf2PB.

    I do not think it is necessary to give we1sdf2PB the [email protected] email because it has no effect on the account as its not even tied to the account anymore.

    The [email protected] email has important legal documents/highly sensitive info for my other business involvement.

    I never agreed to give every email in the Jagex log to the customer. Only the original email, like the one listed on the Jagex account which the new owner has now.

    Customer ultimately got original email like they wanted: [email protected] - like I said Okami can verify

    Customer now leaks personal account information publicly to the Sythe internet forums making the account less secure, which makes me believe that he now put the account in jeopardy entirely on his own actions.

    Therefore I think now the customer, we1sdf2PB should not be warranted a refund since he leaked personal account info and he also got original email transferred over to his possession already. As Okami can verify.

    @Zora Conversation in private had @Okamikun included and does contain sensitive info that I included when reporting your post.

    TLDR, seller of the account first gave me an "original email" that wasn't the original email. We had agreed on the seller providing the original email as a terms of sale. I found out through Jagex account export data, found out the seller lied about providing me with the original email. Seller provided the Original email later, but it just seems so suspicious on the export data of the Jagex account that he changed from the original email on "2023-05-15T05:33:12" to the 2nd email "2023-05-15T05:33:12.369329Z" 10 minutes after he had imported the account to a Jagex account on. I wanted that 2nd email too because I was spooked that he lied at first about providing me with the original email, and he changed from the 2nd email to the fake original email on the day of the sale. Also the original email has a 7 day grace period where the seller can get codes to from his old recovery email registered there.

    I would like to have the 2nd email, and a 7 day grace period for the gmail email recovery. It was not negotiated as an original term of the sale, but the seller violated my trust and the original term of sale we agreed upon. I am not seeking a refund at the moment.

    Am I required to give out the 2nd email? It has highly personal info attached to it, which is hard to remove.

    If mods say so, I will give it up, but to protect my personal info I’d rather not.

    I have given what the buyer wanted which was the original email to the buyer.

    By now, buyer has full access and transfer ownership of [email protected] email and osrs account. I couldn’t recover the account without the original email as I don’t have access to anymore.


    If buyer is concerned about 7 days, we can wait 7 days- but show us where we gotta wait 7 days for recovery email to be removed??

    Hi,

    After reviewing the case and asking both parties what the desired outcome is, I've concluded the following:
    • The customer does still want the account. They have received the original email account. Permanently removing the recovery information from this account takes 7 days (5 more as of this post).
    • It's a fair request to wait until these 7 days have passed so the seller can not recover the account by getting the Google account back.
    • The customer has requested access to email accounts that have been linked in the past. I'll decline this request. Having the original email is what was agreed upon prior, so only that will be required.
    • @Peanut Services will hold the funds until these 7 days have passed, after which he will pay out the seller.
