    E16 -- Who Gets his BH Xfer done and wont pay
    E16 is a Scammer. He told me that i will pay you when u do my BH Transfer And we Finished it And i Forgotten the Id and Pass. Then the Power Suddenly Went down and i couldnt talk to him correctly And after like 10 - 12 hours when i come back and he is telling "U Scammer You Took My items and pked " And other Things And I got The proof that he was Paying me and the chat down now And That he is not replaying for anything
