nitrousek could be a scammer look

Hello sythe i hate to have to do this but iv tried several times to settle this with nitrousek but he refuses to help or even communicate with me. he sold an account on sythe to a member named da scimmy, http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=748937&highlight=nitrousek <--- thread.
i then bought the account from da scimmy http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=761651&highlight=paypalwiz <--- thread.

the account gets recovered in less then two weeks. nitrousek refused to talk to me, da scimmy stayed in contact the whole time, even giving me another pure, better then the one stole by a mile. me and him both tryed to get in contact with nitrousek, since he was the creator he could easily get the account back for me. but he will not do it. i even pmed him just an hour ago and he replyed once then logged off.

recent, and da scimmy is banned for a diffrent reason that was recent.

feb 21 2010, last time i tryed contacting nitrousek before i left for afghanistan, i just recently completed my tour and returned home thats why this report is later then it should of been. all i ask is that nitrousek recover the account that is rightfuly mine. since he is an mm and such a good guy why will he not recover the account for me or even try to do anything. for god sakes he wont even communicate with me. signs of a scammer.

the item you purchased. this is when i opened the dispute for my money back, da scimmy contacted me and swore it wasnt him, he then agreed to give me a way better pure so he could keep the money since he already spent it on something he needed and it would of put his bank account negative.

so why would nitrousek the honest and awesome mm not help me with this simple task unless he is a scammer.

i can take screenshots or do whatever needs to be done. admins and mods just let me know what i need to do.

You have no conclusive proof to demonstrate that Nitrousek recovered the account, and, unless you manage to recover the account and offer a screenshot which shows his IP address as being the last one to have logged into the account, this report is unsatisfactory.

Moreover, Da_S_C_I_M_Y was banned for scamming, contrary to your aforementioned claim that he was banned ''for something else''.
