    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
    Account below was linked to the banned account nurvael. The registered email on his pb account matched his skype at the time. (account is banned on pb for the ban/disputes made against him)

    I got a home ip match with a few of his accounts. One of the more recent accounts has a near identical email as his original banned account..
