    About the account recovery process

Hello, as you all can see this is my recovery account. My main account fasck is banned on my own request. Nothing wrong with that, the sad part is getting my own account back.

The moderators of the account recovery section tend to ignore your pms after they say that they will help you out. It's not like they don't got time to answer my pm, I see them posting on the forum. Of course one could argue that they will answer me when they "want to" or "feel" it's the right time. Why can't you guys save 1 minute to answer a PM from a guy that have been trying to recover his account for over 2 months.

It feels like the account recovery section needs to be more active. I'm left hanging and I don't get any answer why. If you guys would look inside that section you would see just how many threads versus answers from mods there is. This is really frustrating because it feels like if you lose your account that's it. I'm sure other people would agree with me and it shouldn't be like that.

This is not a rant, I'm addressing an issue this forum has. This is just my feedback. The account recovery section needs to be more active, the time it takes to get your account back is just too long, even getting answers from mods.

English isn't my main language, some grammatical errors may appear.

Well administrators are busy people. Your request probably couldn't be handled by a regular moderator so an admin had to get involved, which takes more time since there aren't that many of them and they have more important duties than recovering accounts. I agree though, 2 months is a long time to wait. Regardless, your account has apparently been recovered according to n4n0.
