Few questions

Alright I got a couple questions to ask.

1) how do you make a image button for a URL such as say I want to make a button for my vouch thread how would I put the URL inside the image to where they clicked the button it would come up.

2) was trying to you the merchant creator on pay-pal the other day to make me a pay pal/checkout button but it wouldn't work for my signature is there any other way to do so?

To do this, you would simple need to use tags around the image link. Thereafter, use [url="link here"] and end tags around the the image.

Here is an example.

[URL="www.paypal.com"][IMG]https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/i/icon/verification_seal.gif[/URL]

Feel free to replace the links as necessary.
