Level 3 skiller efficiency

Hey guys,

So I'm looking to build a level 3 skiller. Possibly a 99 Prayer pure because the name I have in reserve is based on Prayer. I'm looking to find out what all quests I'd be able to do reasonably to avoid leveling up combat. I'll even toss you some GP for the effort. I can research it myself but it's a hassle to me at this current time within my life.

Everyone has their own motives behind the kind of accounts they create but if you guys feel that a 99 prayer pure is legit stupid, may as well toss that statement in so I can rethink my life. Thanks in advance.

Also also, if anyone has a level 3 skiller they've been working on what skills have you noticed should be a priority first and why?

Did some work last night on a level 3 skiller -
1-35 agility
1-30 construction

Quests:
Knights Sword (10 mining required) (Levels up smithing)
Cook's Assistant (Gets cooking XP I'm pretty sure?)
Doric's (GETS you 10 mining ^)
Goblin Diplomacy (Crafting XP)
Dwarf Cannon (Don't really know why he wanted it done, easy QP I guess)
Druidic Ritual (Unlocks Herblore)
Rune Mysteries (Unlocks ess mine)

I don't know if this is the most efficient, but I do know I banged out all of those quests in like ... 1 hour to 2 hours max. As for a 99 prayer pure, you're doing it to look cool. If that's ok, then good for you.

 

In general as a level 3 skiller, there are no priority skills unless it's an ironman skiller i'd assume. At the same time you're not a level 3 skiller if you get 99 pray as you'd be level 12 or 13 I think.

@Pathogen v2 Okay, I understand that. I'd rather get all quests/achievement diaries I could so that I'm not wasting time leveling skills that I could save 5-12 hours on by just doing some simple quests. I'd probably only do a 99 prayer pure for fashion-scape purposes and because my name has something associated to the skill

 

NP, enjoy making that skiller (also keep in mind you won't be level 3 with 99 prayer)

 

Side note also, there are a lot of quests you can do also by utilizing ring of suffering, make sure you don't gain any combat exp on the account as you'll need to do atleast 1 damage, and the slight exp can have major impacts down the line as a lot of the quests will require 4exp so you don't wna accidentally get 2 att/str/def or something. I'll see if I can find a level 3 skiller quest list

Yes that looks good to use, also this might come in handy from a sythe user. It's old, but so is 07 so maybe just needs some personal tweaking

How much cash you got available? 75 Def, 99 Prayer Skillers have great Fashionscape

 

ring of suffering needs 75 hp i believe. just use recoil

 

Yah idk much about skillers, just know they recoil bosses and j figured that holds a lot lol. Do what Tom said

Be very careful with the observatory quest, it all comes to RNG if you're able to complete the quest (depends on what zodiac sign you see through the telescope) if you're not cautious enough you might claim some combat exp. I was doing this on my skiller and I unfortunately couldn't complete it..
