[Denied] Ability to add 500$/1000$ donor status on discord *bondholders

so ability to bondholders to add 500$/1000$ donor ranks on discord.

 

Support, this is a time saver. Just throw on the “don’t not abuse it” and you’re gtg.

 

Saves staff time and bondholders are quite trustworthy support

 

I support this. Pretty self explanatory.

 

I'm actually not gonna support this. People think staff are full of work, but the opposite is true. This, aside of the fact that there isn't that much $500 and $1000 donators to verify, doesn't really require bondholders to have such permission.

 

No support, as far as I know someone posting “hey can I get my $500” donor role on the #help channel is doing just fine. Would also give bond holders power to DNT and TWC users as they would need role perms.

Unless our wonderful dev @Dev Zach could add permissions to his bot to allow bond holders to only assign the roles of $500/$1,000 donor, given they don’t have a DNT or TWC.

 

I could also just make it a discord command where some person with some rank does: !add 500/1000 @user or something

 

Honestly don’t think it’s that big of a deal, why would a bond holder apply a dnt / TWC to someone? There is discord bot logs that can track this & if we did that we would just lose our title which would be obviously stupid.
We are already technically applying ranks to people on the forum through a automated system, since there isn’t one for discord i really don’t see this being an issue.
