Aaargh Help!

i recenlty had this pic made, and wanted to use it as an avatar, but its too big.

can anyone make it usuable, tell me how to make it usuable as an avatar???

That's the best you will get with your image, because it has too much detail with writing and stuff, and Sythe only allows 80x80 pixels or under 20kb images which is crud for high detail images.

I had to do a lot of cropping and resizing for it to hit the limit.
