60 attack 72 str 70 range 32 prayer ( I will get 44 np m8s) 68 hp (I will get it higher if needed)
and here it comes...... 1 def. Yahhh. So thats the main problem right there.

I can afford any equipment and such.
Person HAS to be extremely trusted with proof and vouches.
