Bump, we're back. Disregard the above two posts, they've been spoken with and the hacker wasn't us. We've both changed our Sythe information and MSN passwords, ran virus scans, etc. to ensure security. We're awaiting a moderator+ to get back to us on the result of the IP check. Abstruse will be unbanned as soon as Dalpra gets online (5 or so hours)

Disregard us? im still short of 55m, what are you planning to do about this? since you were the only 2 who knew my info, so clearly... it was one of you.

Weasel, no one should trust you, but abstruse is a decent guy, he has already offered to help me get my wealth back for what has happened. but you have been ignoring me completely.

 

Abtruse is more likely to be the candidate of the person who ripped off your account, so dont make assumptions that weasel isnt trustworthy because i have known him for awhile. I hope all this gets resolved take this as a bump Weasel.

NOTE: Not saying abtruse did this, simply saying ive known weasel to be more trustworthy.

 

So why was it the only 2 people that got scammed spoke to weasel first? (gave him the user/pass), Abstruse has done 2 orders for me, and they went perfectly.. and has offered to get me 50m back (my bank has 0 wealth atm).

Weasel is also completely ignoring me, which doesnt help the situation, just shows me that he doesnt give a fuck about anyone.

Disregard you? Abstruse talked to you, and he did speak to you about a solution. I'm not ignoring you, we're in drastically different time zones. You send me IMs 4 hours before I wake up and are offline when I see them. Why would I need to talk to you? "Verifying Abstruse is helping you." . You don't have an IP to prove it was one of us who hacked you, another victim has provided us with an IP that is from a ISP neither myself or Abstruse uses; so we're assuming that person somehow got everyone's information. As i've said, we've taken steps to up our security. (Virus scan's, changing of information, etc...)

You can say i'm not trustworthy all you want, but in reality I didn't do a single malicious thing to you, and Abstruse will tell you that himself.

It's understandable people speak as they do when these things happen. Abstruse didn't do it. We have an IP and we're waiting for someone to run a check on it.

As i've said, we don't know. All of our orders have spoke to me first, all of my 60+ vouches have spoke to me first. I don't even play Runescape Jussy, I have no reason to steal anything from you. Abstruse was the one doing your order, as far as I know he completed it and then logged off; and someone came in and hacked your account. (correct me if i'm wrong but I believe you've spoken with him about this...)

As stated above, i'm not ignoring you. Secondly, you're still making assumptions. If you screenshotted an IP please give it to us or inform a moderator, we want to catch this person as much as you do; and believe me, we are trying. I do "give a fuck about you" but i'm not going to refund someone that doesn't know who hacked them. Abstruse is going out of his way for you, by Sythe.org rules and legally we don't have to do a single thing unless you have evidence it was us.

Since so many people are flaming, accusing Weasel of cheating, and generally just whining, I'll add my own donor status, post count, and vouches to this thread. I think they beat everyone else's respective numbers combined.

Weasel did not scam you. I've given him access to two accounts, both worth over $300, and he's never done anything to hurt them. (The worst he's ever done is a couple of fight caves on one, with permission, that costed me about 5m, which he got back on his own time.) I've sold over a dozen accounts with Weasel, all worth a total value of over $250, and he's never recovered even one back.

Stop spamming this thread with your nonsense. If you think he scammed you, file a report in the Report a Scammer section and let a mod tell you guys to stop whining about one of the most respected members of Sythe.

 

Buyers are allowed to post negative feedback, just as they are allowed to post positive feedback. It is Weasel's job to keep his customers satisfied, and we would be practicing extreme censorship if we did not allow users to display their negative sentiments about their orders. Just because you trusted Weasel with a few of your accounts does not exempt him from regular business practices. He has a large amount of ticked off customers, so obviously he is doing something wrong.

 

So I can go on your RSGP selling page, order 5m, and then say you scammed me without proof? I don't mean to be disrespectful, but that's what it seems is happening here.

Disregarding your personal opinion (no where in the rules whatsoever, and i've have moderators remove posts such at these before) above; I contacted you with full details of the situation, provided you distinct evidence why Abstruse should be unbanned, and distinct evidence why all of the above negative feedback shouldn't be targeted at me. I gave you the IP and you didn't respond, luckily a friend of mine was able to contact SMR and he ran the IP. Turns out the guy was from a totally different country and a ban evader on four accounts.

Please unban Abstruse, and clean up my thread. We never did anything wrong and despite how you believe feedback should work, scam reports without proof aren't tolerated in the RaS forum, do not allow them here.
