Possible hacked/recovered account

Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

Guy comes back to Sythe right now, added me on skype and wanted to trade. He had 170 vouches, but only from 2007, 2008 and as I stated that and asked if we could use MM he refused.

I have no proof, but I am very sure this is a recovered or hacked Sythe accout that the new user will use for scamming people.

Please look at IP's and ban him or atleast give him a TWC.

 

I have gone ahead and banned him as a precaution.
