What is ban evading? please explain

    What is ban evading? please explain
    I get banned on sythe for "Ban Evading." What is this like getting too many people banned? or what? I asked someone and they say it means to make a new account and come back after a ban? I think they are wrong, please go into detail and explain to me why I get banned.. really curious since I never scam and in fact I GET scammed :S

    It means evading a ban >_>. rsfan4life was banned previously.
