A stricter enforcement of the False Advertising rule

Gotta make the most out of the top ad until Sunday

 

I only see this creating benefits, to stop lazy businesses, to stop wasting customer times, to help staff not having to deal with lazy businesses and their tactics, to help smaller businesses who can't afford auto-bumpers to actively trade without being spammed off the page by businesses who are not actively trading.

Also I believe any disclaimer in any persons/business thread saying their prices may not be directly active or they may be active of the time of bump but if they visit a live chat they may not be active - I believe these disclaimers should be avoided as they diminish the point of the rule update, and allows themselves to stay lazy. If disclaimers are going to be used... seemingly they will be allowed... a time-frame from the bump time, I.e a worker/ I should be online up to 5hours from the time of this bump... if this is used it would benefit a lot of people. Clearly some lazy businesses are just being big scaredy pussy cats and don't want to follow a good protocol.

Bravo for this update.

Hope we stop hearing of this annoying behaviour. "This guy just bumped, but the livechat is out of stock".

I think its a good step, but can it be clarified what kind of percentage can be accepted? like if u said ur buying gp at 0.91 and now prices changed and ur buying at 0.9?

Good. Maybe now I wont have to sift through the first page of auto-bumped "sorry we are full atm" buyers all the time

 

Will this rule be effective on listed payment methods as well? 99% of the buyers list like 20 payment methods and at the end they are able to pay only via PP.

P.s. If you find companies etc that are still doing this simply report them.
