Best Stats to get from here?

I am thinking 70 attack and like 60 strength or will that not work out? or should i get high strength and 60 attack need opinions. for staking.

 

If I was staking, I would get 60 attack and 99 strength.

Though, for staking I prefer defense and low strength. Like 70/20/70.

Wear barrows and use a whip and tank it out.
