A questions section

Well, I see some users often have website related questions, kind of like "How do i contact an admin" "Where should i post this" etc etc.

So the fix? Make a section on the top of the page, of course, devoted to if users have questions, and other users can help them with their questions?

Just give some feedback on what you think, of course it would be tweaked to perfection

 

it's a good idea for new comers because when i first joined the site i didn't really know where to post stuff.
