There was a Sythe.org support section for Sythe related questions think it got taken due to inactivity and the Community Support removal. So basically I don't think there is any active at this moment.

I think a ChatBox would eliminate a need for a section like that.
There's thousands of people that roam Sythe everyday, the chatbox would be flooded with 100 messages every second.
