MegaMatt = proof that the hacker had scammed. He is forced to pay that money back if he wants to return to sythe.
R2P = No proof at all. If there is no proof, he doesn't have to pay anything back.

R2P is wrong in that log, but it doesn't really matter if there isn't any proof.
