RGB HTML problem

Was wondering anyone had this problem.
I was trying to edit my post. If you were to click the dropdown color box, and pick the colors it will show like COLOR
and now the color will the main color on that dropdown box.

So now when you try to just click it without dropping down that dropdown box, you'll get this -

This will not work at all. It will show the one I stated above.
Any inputs on this?

Oh right, sorry I'm not that good in this stuffs. I found this a like weeks back but I keep forgetting to raise the issue up. So now, since I remembered it, I better raise it up.

I noticed this a long time ago. You can still choose colors with hex codes.
