Corsair Series 500R Screws

Not really sure if this falls into Technology, but it has to do with computers so I'll just put it here. (Feel free to move to correct section if not)

I have a Corsair 500R laying around and I wanted to switch my computer into that case, however, I can't find the screws that came with it for the life of me. Anyone know if using other screws will be fine? I'm asking because I know that there is some magnetism or some shit with the MoBo. If just random fitting screws won't work, anyone know where I can buy the screws that came with the case?

 

You can buy mounting screws online and those will work. I'm on mobile atm and can't be bothered with finding you some links but I can guarantee that eBay, Amazon, and Newegg will all carry sets of mounting screws.

 

Should i look for a specific one for my MoBo or do they come in a pack or something?

 

you don't need any specific size, so long as they're for pc. And usually they come in huge packs, like 50-100 for around 5 bucks.

The screws for mounting are normally pretty universal. They're not specific to the board itself, but rather to the chassis, and even then, I believe all manufacturers use the same specifications when it comes to hardware mounting per some sort of industry standard.

Just average mounting screws should work. Make sure that they aren't too long though
