- Goal for 99 Mage [Help] -

Hey and thanks for reading this thread,
Basically i have a lvl 113 which im attempting to get its magic level from 88 - 99, But i am looking for guidance, I know that if i use a vecna skull or mage pots with berserker, I can barrage rock lobs for magic xp for about 100k-150k xp p/h. But is there any other ways of leveling up fast?, Also i do bot, So i am open to botting tactics.

alch in world 44 at sw.. you will be fine.

ok but what should i alch for minimum loss? Or should i do my free method of making gatestones? Its 40k a hour in xp and its free..

 

Dont bot that as there is meant to be a high ban rate. I would alch yew longs in the pest control world bank

 

Don't do gatestones. Botting them is an insta-ban and trying to do them legit is a pain in the ass. http://alching.highalchcalc.com/runescape/rs-high-level-alchemy-profit-calculator is where you can find items for alching with minimal loss.

 

Like everyone else has suggested - alch at 44 SW. It's fairly easy XP.

No-one mentioned stun alching?
Its 150k xp/h.

I would suggest alching in different spots, as well as throw a couple of stun alch's inbetween. It's fairly easy to achieve 99 magic, without getting banned.

 

What is stun alching?

 

^^That, achieved 99 Magic on one of my own accounts, just only alching at Soul Wars bank 144 (I think?) for about 18 hours a day. Pretty quick, double experience weekend helped a lot.

 

stun alching is by far the best thing you can do. just wear the best negative mage armor you can use with a mud staff equipped. there's some scripts on rsbuddy i'm sure are decent enough for it.

 

Im on Magic Level 93 SW world 44.

 

Do not alch its absolutely terrible exp. String amulets or do planking with lunar spells. Stringing amulets is afkable if you decide not to bot and last time I checked there is very minimal loss. I got 93-99 magic legitly in 4 days with this method. If you decide to bot I suggest planking with lunar spells or stun-alching

Alching is good...gatestone is slow xp

 

Doesn't need to be the best, just so long as your mage bonus is under -65.

For stun alching I'd highly recommend using an elemental balance, then you can use the alternativemagic script from RSbuddy. I was hitting around 160k xp/hour recently.

It is a little expensive, but really worth saving yourself almost two thirds of the time.
