IF THIS IS A REAL LIFE ISSUE, I apologise!!! I'm not trying to get help!!! I'm just telling people of my idiocy!









Ok, here's the story, I like this girl. She's perfect. Perfect smile, insanely gorgeous, smart, athletic. Any man's dream.

HOWEVER:

She made fun of my math abilities, so the next day, I had a friend give her a seemingly hard question (seemingly, being the key word, there). And, of coure, she solved it no problem. So, I challenged her to spell antidisestablishmentarianism, figure she was a "one trick pony", so to speak. She spelled it.

SO.... I like her less because she matches me intellectually... and it bugs me, that something SO trivial is causing a riff between her and I.

So, how stupid do you think I'm being?

Your bugged because she is smarter than you? Try to get to know her better, if you already don't, and then ask her out. It's worth a shot.

The thing is, I'm not stupid, I was tested in the gifted IQ range in a school mandated IQ test. My intelligence is my insecurity, as much as my pride and joy.

I'm not narcissistic, and if you want to travel that road, no one asked you what you thought of me, or this thread. People were just merely giving what they thought of the situation.

I was just saying that I'm not stupid, so, it's not like I'm used to being inferior to someone's intellectuality.
