A Problem with another Member of Sythe

I'm not sure where to post this but I hope I can get something done about this.

Currently I'm in a stand still around two months ago I ordered an account from Shey who seemed fairly trusted on Sythe. He had a unique idea of building the accounts stats for you. I payed him off sixty something dollars and was assured that it would be done in a month but if it wasn't he would pay membership on it again. After a month the account was only around 50 str 50 attack and one million gold. I kept on asking Shey what was going on and soon enough after his excuses saying that he had college and he couldn't leave the bot on while he was studying he just stopped responding to his thread. I asked him on the MSN and no luck there.

He starts to stop answering me on the PM system in MSN and his thread. So what do I do? He later on after almost two months he says that hes done with the service and that he was away for a long time. Well he couldn't have been away at all when he was online the whole time posting every day. He quotes me and completly ignores what I said and just says that I'm acting out of hand here and that I will be recieving a refund. So I thought to my self alright well I don't even care anymore as long as I get a refund I wont even bother to know why he was online the whole time when he said he was away.

So after around a week he said he would be giving a refund of course which he didn't I try to PM him again and ask him again on MSN. Of course he doesn't reply at all and still comes online everyday to post.

What do I do here I wan't to get my refund here without this turning into a ban. He also owes another person 200$ and hasn't refunded him yet.

Again sorry if I posted this in the wrong section I didn't want to PM a bunch of Mods without getting a response back. Maybe even move the thread into the right section would help.

 

If you have the adequate proof, you can file a Scam Report against him and he'll be asked to refund you or be banned.
