sun-sythe scamming me for 16m 07

I agreed to swap 70m of my 07 to IKOV at the rate of 1.6mill to 1bill, i wanted to do increments as I was made to go first, i offerd to do 1.6mill but he said no because of security reasons and i agreed to do 16mill for 10bill increments and then he tells me he got banned on all of his accounts on IKOV and then sais he got banned with my money, he sent me the the gyazo of an account being disabled but whos to say it was actually the one with the gold on, he then offers me Bitcoin and i tell him i do not have bitcoin and i asked him to buy 16m to give to me and he begins to agree and then ignores me and also deletes me from skype.
